Meet the Team:
Store Manager- I come from Cincinnati, Ohio where I worked at Bob Roncker’s Running Spot for nearly two years. I graduated from Ohio Northern University. I am a competitive marathoner and in my spare time you can find me cheering for the Cincinnati Reds, or the Cincinnati Bengals.
Sales Associate- As a Bloomington local, I have grown up buying all of my running shoes and gear at Indiana Running Company, so it is an honor to finally be a part of the team now that I am in college. I am currently studying physics at Villanova University and competing in both cross country and track and field. As a Bloomington native, I am an avid Hoosier basketball fan.
Sales Associate- I am a senior at Indiana University. I'm currently studying dietetics, and I have been an active member of run club the last three years. As my competitive fire begins to burn out, you can most often find me putzing around on the trails of Griffy.
Sales Associate- I am currently wrapping up my Master’s degree here in Bloomington and will graduate in May. I have been a big member of the running community in town for many years after running track and field for Indiana University, competing professionally for the local training group known as Team Indiana Elite, and representing HOKA as a sponsored athlete. I’ve worked for Indiana Running Company for three years and have been very thankful for the opportunity to learn more about both retail and the ins and outs of running shoe brands.
Weekly Group Runs
Monday's and Thursday's:
The group meets at our store for an easy/conversational run on the B-Line, IU campus, or around town. Distance ranges from 3 to 6 miles, all paces welcome. The Bloomington Area Runners Association (BARA) is a collection of runners dedicated to having fun while training and racing. Located in Bloomington, home of Indiana University, the club provides organization to a once segmented running community. At BARA, our approach is simple: to provide the best possible resources and support to our members to ensure a lifetime of health and fitness. With group runs, training groups, and social events, we hope to provide sound advice and leadership that will create a strong sense of camaraderie and community.

Few shoes exist that have this level of comfort that you can actually run in. And I don’t mean “look” like you could run in. I mean lace up, and knock out 5 morning miles before you can finish rubbing all the sleep out of your eyes. Read More >
