We are super excited to announce a new and exciting partnership between Run On! Training programs and CrossFit Dallas Central – Enduro Pro! NEXT CLASS BEGINS FEBRUARY 24, 2017 CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE 30 DAY OPTION $60 CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE 90 DAY OPTION $160 (Call Mitch or email with any questions - 214-518-8444 or email@example.com)
The workouts are designed to be done with minimal equipment. To get started, you need an exercise mat, stretch band, and dumbbells. A kettle bell is nice, but not required.
This program is super flexible. The workouts are designed to be done at your house, your hotel gym, etc.at the time of day that suits you! However, if you like the group workout dynamic, we have that in Dallas and at Allen High School as well on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings 5:15 a.m.
The workouts are scalable! If you are just starting out, you can easily reduce the reps and build your strength sensibly. As you get stronger, increase the reps or increase the weight and work on increasing your reps.
The price is right! You get 3 programmed workouts per week plus one optional for $60 per month or get the 3 month program for $160. Compare that to the price of a trainer or a gym membership!
We have been testing this program out, and the overwhelming consensus is this class is a great value and delivers what we say.

Stamina Building for Runners
This class (formally known as Advanced Speed) is BACK! AND we have a new location in addition to Dallas -- Allen High School!
This class coached by Lamar Fue (Dallas) and Kevin Lipski (Allen High) is designed to be a off season training program that will improve speed and stamina for runners. The target runner is someone who continuously trains for distance runs, and wants to break that cycle up. The training includes running on road with rolling terrain and track. It will include movement preparation exercises & basic core strengthening. Runners will participate in three 5K races during the program. Class meets at the Jewish Community Center in Dallas and Allen High School 5:15 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, and will meet for the long run 7 a.m. at the Dallas Mockingbird store and Allen High School Saturday mornings. Any race fees are not included in the class.
Please note: this class trains using heart rate as opposed to pace. It’s a more self-sufficient class than our traditional pace based classes. There will be times when you are running without a group in this class due to differences in fitness and endurance, and you will bring your own water.
Price: $120 for early sign up, $130 beginning first day of class. Space is limited, so get signed up now!
Dates: February 24, 2018 thru April 21, 2018
There are strict minimum requirements to enter this class:

You must have run an average of at least 20 miles per week the 4 weeks before class starts

MEET OUR COACHES
Bryan Fisher is an RRCA Certified Coach with multiple seasons coaching road and trail programs with the Dallas Running Club and RunOn!. He began running at an advanced age after years of participation in team sports including soccer and basketball. Bryan is a resident of East Dallas, where he lives with his 2 dogs. Bryan's personal accomplishments include Pikes Peak Ascent & Marathon Double Finisher, Inca Trail Marathon Finisher (pictured here), RunIceland.org 110k Stage Race Finisher, Boston Marathon Finisher.
Lisa Hyne has been a runner for about 15 years. She first focused on half marathons, then began completing full marathons, as well as a 50K road race. She has coached for RunOn! Coppell for many years helping runners prepare for 5Ks and the Turkey Trot. Lisa also received her RRCA certification. About trail running, Lisa says, "I got in to trail running by accident. I had heard about a beautiful 50K race out in a canyon and signed up without really knowing what trail running was. So I hopped on the trails, and it was love at first step! The peacefulness of the trails, the easy pace and the beauty that is all around us in DFW surprised me. I ran the 50K canyon race and really enjoyed it. I have been dedicating most of my runs to the trails since then and completed several ultras including the Rocky Raccoon 100 mile race."
Dawn Hosking has been running in Dallas for 8 years. She has enjoyed participating as a Mentor in the past and is looking forward to Co-coaching. Active in the running community, she has run 5k to 100 miler but truly enjoys endurance. Dawn enjoys trails to escape from urban life, take it easy, work on balance and core, and meet new friends.
