Make your training official! We offer training programs for running to help you reach your goals. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or are a seasoned vet looking to switch things up, we have a training program for you. All participants in a JackRabbit Training Program also have access to special discounted in-store shopping events while in training.

        2019 FULL AND HALF MARATHON TRAINING  PROGRAMS

Summer/Fall Half Marathon and Full Marathon Training Program - Manhattan

Start Date: Saturday June 15, 2019, geared toward late summer and fall races including Bronx 10 miler, Staten Island Half, and  NYC Marathon!  
Training Time:  Wednesdays at 6:45 p.m., Saturdays at 7:30am 
Location:  New York Running Company by JackRabbit (Time Warner Center)
Registration Fee:  $85/month (cancel anytime)

Summary:

Looking to take your training to the next level?  Whether you are shooting for your first half or full or your fastest, Rogue takes this pure distance running event and gives you life changing, heart pounding, crazy fun training! The program is built in phases with workouts designed to get you ready for your goal race. You will meet 2 times per week including one "quality workout," and a long run on Saturday.

Half Marathon Training -- you must be able to run 4 miles consistently before beginning the half marathon program, and we would like to see you have at least 10-15 miles per week built into your routine.   

Full Marathon Training -- you must be able to run 6 miles comfortably before beginning the full marathon program, with at least 20 miles per week already built into your routine.

Location:  Jack Rabbit - Brooklyn

If you'd like a more tailored experience we offer personalized training services as well.  We can provide you with 1 on 1 training focused on distance/endurance running, stretching & balance, walking for fitness, and active ageing. We can accommodate your busy schedule and make fitness a fun, hassle-free undertaking that you actually look forward to. A complimentary, introductory 30-minute consultation is offered to get a better understanding of your needs, goals, and fitness history, so that together we can determine your best direction.
