Make your training official! We offer training programs for running to help you reach your goals. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or are a seasoned vet looking to switch things up, we have a training program for you. All participants in a JackRabbit Training Program also have access to special discounted in-store shopping events while in training.

Manhattan -- Base Building/Maintenance Half Marathon and Full Marathon Training Programs 

DETAILS: POST NYC Marathon, we will have a maintenance/base building program for those staying in shape or getting in shape for our December NYC HALF Marathon class. The maintenance class begins Wednesday November 13th. Our class for the NYC Half Marathon and other goal races around that time will begin on Wednesday December 18th. After the NYC Half Marathon in mid March, we will keep rolling with a bridge class to the Brooklyn Half marathon in mid May, followed by full and half marathon training for fall 2020 races including the NYC Marathon. We have your entire year planned out!
 

MEETS: New York Running Company by JackRabbit (Time Warner Center)  Wednesday at 6:45 PM and Saturday at 8:00 AM
PRICE: $85/month (cancel any time after 5 day free trial - no contracts)

START DATE: November 13, 2019 -- base building/maintenance class for those getting in shape or staying in shape for our NYC HALF Marathon class.

START DATE: December 18, 2019 -- half marathon class - goal race NYC Half Marathon (March 15, 2020) and other goal races around that time frame.

Summary:  Looking to take your training to the next level?  Whether you are shooting for your first half or full or your fastest, Rogue takes this pure distance running event and gives you life changing, heart pounding, crazy fun training! The program is built in phases with workouts designed to get you ready for your goal race. You will meet 2 times per week including one "quality workout," and a long run on Saturday.  Upon completion of this class, we will continue through the summer and fall with full marathon and half marathon training for fall races including the NYC Marathon!

Half Marathon Training -- you should be able to run 4 miles consistently before beginning the half marathon program, and we would like to see you have at least 10-15 miles per week built into your routine.   

Full Marathon Training -- you should be able to run 6 miles comfortably before beginning the full marathon program, with at least 20 miles per week already built into your routine.

Brooklyn -- Beginner 5K to Half Marathon Training Program 

MEETS: JackRabbit -- Brooklyn Wednesday at 6:30 PM and Saturday at 8:00 AM
PRICE: $85/month (cancel any time after 5 day free trial - no contracts)

START DATE: January 18, 2020 -- beginner 5K to Half Marathon class.  Beginner or experienced, this class is for you!  In order to enter the class you should be able to run/walk a 5K at a 3:1 run/walk ratio.  We will take you from there!  Goal race is the Brooklyn Half Marathon (Date TBD) and other late April to mid May goal races.

If you'd like a more tailored experience we offer personalized training services as well.  We can provide you with 1 on 1 training focused on distance/endurance running, stretching & balance, walking for fitness, and active ageing. We can accommodate your busy schedule and make fitness a fun, hassle-free undertaking that you actually look forward to. A complimentary, introductory 30-minute consultation is offered to get a better understanding of your needs, goals, and fitness history, so that together we can determine your best direction.
