Make your training official! We offer training programs for running, cross training, and swimming to help you reach your goals. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or are a seasoned vet looking to switch things up, we have a training program for you. All participants in a JackRabbit Training Program also have access to special discounted in-store shopping events while in training.  

ALSO, all training program participants will receive 15% off their full-price in-store purchases for the duration of their training program! *(excluding electronics)

If you're interested in a specific training program but not sure if it will be a good fit for you, you're welcome to hold off registering and join us for the first class for free. If you decide that it is a good fit you can register anytime before the second class.

NYC Marathon Training Program - Central Park

Dates:   - Thu, Jul 19, 2018 - Sat, Nov 3, 2018 
Training Time:  Thursdays from 6:45 - 7:45pm, Saturdays at 7:30am 
Location:  Columbus Circle entrance to Central Park with Bag Dropm option at our Columbus Circle store

Training Time:  Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:00pm, Saturdays at 7:00am 
Location:  We will meet and start the workouts at the Grand Army Plaza entrance to Prospect Parl

Baby Got Track

Dates:   Tues, Jul 10, 2018 - Tues, Sept 18, 2018 
Training Time:  Tuesday evenings from 6:45-7:45pm
Location:   Redhook Track, Brooklyn

Get Fit to Run - Level I - Columbus Circle

Training Time:  Tuesday evenings 6:45pm, Sunday mornings 8:30am
Location:   JackRabbit Columbus Circle
Registration Fee: $155 for 10-week program
Summary: Summer is here and NOW is the time to make a plan to reach your personal health and fitness goals! Our Level I program is designed for individuals who have never run before, or who have not run in a very long time and want a structured introduction to get in shape without getting injured along the way. Details & Registration

 

Get Fit to Run - Level II - Columbus Circle

Training Time:  Tuesday evenings 6:45pm, Sunday mornings 8:30am

Summary: This program begins where Running Level I leaves off (although you needn't have participated in Level I to join!). If you'd like a more tailored experience we offer personalized training services as well.  We can provide you with a focused program in distance/endurance running, cross training, stretching & balance, walking for fitness, swimming, and active ageing. We can accommodate your busy schedule and create a program that makes fitness a fun, hassle-free undertaking that you actually look forward to. A complimentary, introductory 30-minute consultation is offered to get a better understanding of your needs, goals, and fitness history, so that together we can determine your best direction. Some schedule options are:

ONE-ON-ONE: This is all about you! 
Single Session   $70
3-Session Package   $190
5-Session Package   $300
10-Session Package   $495 

PAIRS TRAINING: This is all about you and your best friend, partner, parent, child, or any two persons who want to train together. Having a third person actually creates even more training options.
Single Session   $40 per person
3-Session Package   $110 per person 
5-Session Package   $160 per person 
10-Session Package   $275 per person
