Spring Half Marathon Training Program - Central Park

Dates:  Tue, Mar 14, 2017 - Sat, May 20, 2017 
Training Time:  Tuesdays at 6:45pm and Saturdays at 8:30am

If you've run a couple 5K and 10K's and are looking for a new challenge, or have completed a half marathon but it didn't go as you'd hope for, our Spring Half Marathon training program could be a great fit for you. Spring Half Marathon Training Program - Prospect Park

Dates:  Thu, Mar 16, 2017 -  Sat, May 20, 2017
Training Time:  Thursdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 8:30am

Spring Speedwork at the TRACK

With Spring and more pleasant weather right around the corner, NOW is the time to make a plan to reach your personal health and fitness goals! Our Level I program is designed for individuals who have never run before, or who have not run in a very long time and want a structured introduction to get in shape without getting injured along the way. Spring Beginning Running Level II - UES

With Sprig and more pleasant weather right around the corner, NOW is the time to make a plan to reach your personal health and fitness goals! This program begins where Running Level I leaves off (although you needn't have participated in Level I to join!). In this fun and challenging 10 week program, we will meet twice per week and begin very slowly as we progress toward our goal of running a local road race. We recommend that you already be able to run 2.0 miles continuously, regardless of pace.  See full Details & Registration
