Make your training official! We offer training programs for running, cross training, and swimming to help you reach your goals. With Summer's end in sight and the cooler weather of Fall approaching, NOW is the time to make a plan to reach your end of year health and fitness goals.  This program begins where Running Level II leaves off (although you needn't have participated in Level II to join!). In this fun and challenging 10 week program, we will meet twice per week and progress toward our goal of running a half marathon distance. We recommend that you already be able to run 5 miles continuously by the start of the program. Fall Targeted Training for a Faster Finish - Central Park
