Return Policy

Holiday Returns Extended! Any order placed on or after 11/1/20 can be returned through 1/31/21 for your holiday shopping needs.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and stand behind the products and services we provide. Our merchandise can be returned to us within 30 days from the date of the original purchase for a full refund. To return merchandise, you may bring it back to any of our store locations or if you wish to mail the return to us, please follow the instructions below.

Mailing Your Return

To start your return, please fill-out the form below.

Once the form has been submitted, you will receive an email with your return authorization number and further instructions on how to package and mail your return.

Please Note:

  • Please fill-out form completely. Any omitted information may delay your return.
  • Please read and follow instructions contained in Return Authorization email received. Any deviations may delay your return.
  • Hang onto the original receipt and include it with your merchandise. All returns will require customer name, phone number or email address.
  • Footwear, Apparel and Electronics must be in sellable condition and have original boxes/packaging/tags
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accepts returns on underwear, nutrition, and magazines.
  • Refunds for returns without a receipt will take the form of a store credit assigned to customer account.
  • We do not pay for return shipping, however your initial shipping cost (if incurred) will be refunded if it is for the entire purchase being returned.
  • Returns will be processed within 4-5 business day of the return arriving at our processing center.
  • As soon as we receive your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note it may take 4-5 business days for the package to arrive back to us, plus up to another 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • We highly recommend you insure the package as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges:

For exchange of an item that did not fit, the different style preferred, and/or different color preferred you should follow the return policy above and then place a new order.

For replacement of merchandise that is defective, or the wrong item sent, please call customer care at 1-800-807-6179 or send the request via email to service@jackrabbit.com. We will send you a shipping label to use to send back the original item. We will refund the item and then you should place a new order.
