We are offering as many options as we can to make sure you can get access to the running shoes and accessories you need this year. Runners are resourceful people and we are too!  We have adopted various ways to shop in our stores to keep customers, employees, and our communities safe Please read below the details of how we have prepared and managed our stores setting new safety precautions, cleaning, ensuring social distancing, and adjusting our store layouts.  If you prefer a contactless shopping experience, we are also now offering curbside pickup in most locations. safety precautions
Plexiglass guards are installed and hung at all registers.

Employees will be wearing a mask, Buff, scarf, or similar face covering while working.

There will be no hydration or nutrition samples allowed in the store until further notice.
cleaning and sanitizing
All stores are supplied with gloves, masks, sanitizers, and disinfectant sprays to ensure a safe and thorough disinfectant process.

Cleaning of the store shall occur throughout the day and at closing.

After a completed transaction at the cash register area, we will wipe down the pin pad and counter.
ASeating areas, benches, and checkouts will be spaced at least 6 feet apart.

Aisles and fixtures have been widened to ensure you have plenty of room to socially distance while navigating the store.

Each store will follow state/county/locally mandated occupancy guidelines.

Employees will observe social distancing when working with customers or interacting with fellow employees.

EVENTS

We are still offering virtual events for running communities as well as socially distanced community events in select stores when guidelines permit.  Any in-person events will be run in accordance with locally mandated guidelines. Since these regularly change by state, all information for virtual and community events can be found on our individual store social media pages as well as checking directly with your local store.

In-Store Deals

How to Place a Pickup Order Online

We now offer the option to buy a product on our website and pick up in your local store. Just shop as usual and look for the ’Buy Locally’ button on a product page. It’s easy and to make it easier, see the screen shots below for our quick guide.

1. Find your product on our website, and then select your local store.



View the screenshot below to see where on the page you can find the available stores near you. Click one and move on the next step.
If stores do not appear, then your item is unfortunately not eligible for an online in-store pickup.

2. Build your cart for pickup within Locally.



Once you select your store, a popup like one in the screenshot below should appear. Each store has it’s own unique inventory, so you will have to re-search within the popup for the product you were looking for.

3. Checkout within Locally.



NOTE: This is a separate checkout process than the normal online checkout for JackRabbit.com.

Enter your billing and payment method information, and checkout to complete your order. We will send you an email to the address you provided in checkout when your order is available for pickup.

4. Arrange pickup.



After you’ve received your email confirming your order is ready, call your store when you have arrived for a curbside order and an associate will bring your package to your vehicle.
