Not grading product as much as Jackrabbit performance

First- I was charged twice for the product at the outset. It took more than one email/call to get this remedied. The item was shipped quickly, and the box that arrived was for what Ihad ordered- a Zamsk RK-1 left. But what was inside the box was a completely different model of Zamst brace and one that I couldn‚Äôt use.
