“The Kinvara 14 is everything I want in a running shoe and nothing that I don't want. The flexible mesh upper allows for a more customizable fit. The firm and higher cushion allows for a cushioned yet responsive run. You can do your everyday mileage in it and also take it to the track for some speed work. I reach for this shoe more than any other in my rotation. I take this shoe traveling a lot because it's lightweight and fits well in my carry on luggage. I love the Kinvara, and for the price, you cannot beat this shoe!”

My new go-to model for Saucony
Great running shoes light and feel like they fit like a glove. Will be buying more of this model.
Great shoe but wasnāt for me
Havenāt ran in a pair of kinvaras since the 7 or 8. Bought these because I like most of the color schemes and had enjoyed the kinvaras in the past. Iām a heavier runner (220) and require a lot of cushioning in my shoe and wanted something lightweight for speed days. I assumed these might meet my needs as it was advertised theyāve added cushioning. Took a test drive on a newly bought pair and was disappointed felt like I was running on wood blocks. I havenāt ran in a lightweight trainer for a while and may be spoiled by shoes that are more cushioned. Overall fit feel and look were 10/10 but just didnāt meet my needs and had to return them. Someone thatās a more traditional built runner may not see an issue with them but a heavier runner may not have enough cushion
Likely my last Kinvara purchase
I have about 50 miles on mine they were rotated in on my light mileage days during marathon training. The box is too tight and the support at the ankle is shaky with the tongue feeling like it's trying to spring up from inder the laces. They feel flimsy like water shoes. I took them out of my rotation and now I need to figure out what they can be good for to get any real $ worth out of them. I had bought Kinvara 12s and 13s before in-store so I tried an online purchase for these and was very unpleasantly surprised at how different they are from the previous models. This is a real disappointment after loving the Kinavvara 12s and 13s as much as I did. I don't think I'll buy this model any more.
Comfortable run!!
I love them! Iāve got sooo many running shoes! I keep ordering different shoes to help motivate me to get up and move! The Kinvara 14 is the one that does it for me! Nice cushion not stiff comfortable!! Iāll probably order another pair in a different color Iāve got the red!
