Description: Want to start your 5K journey? Our Beginner 5K Training Program will help get you to the finish line. This program is geared to get you ready for the Rumpshaker 5K on March 25, 2024. Never run before but want to start? This is the perfect program! During the 8-week program, we'll meet you at your current fitness level and take you to the finish line!
